In this fast-paced world, it is so easy for our lives to get out of balance. Constant demands from work, family & friends sometimes leave no time left for yourself.

Our bodies are under constant stress and if left unchecked, this can easily lead to chronic health conditions. We adopt coping strategies in the short term, just to plough through such as:

Drinking coffee all day to keep us awake!

A glass of wine or three, to relax in the evening!

Sleeping all weekend, so we can function at work!

Working long hours which are not being appreciated!

These are all signs of being on the edge of burnout!
