‘I had a session with the lovely Sarah last Thursday.

I admittedly felt nervous as I was joining the zoom call but as soon as Sarah
appeared on my screen she instantly made me feel comfortable and at ease which was
lovely.

My discomfort for the session was procrastination, lack of focus, no motivation in relation
to doing my uni work/assignment. This is my 3rd time trying to complete my final year of
studying education due to a certain number of family bereavements over the years and I have always put this down as
being just a trait of mine. My limiting belief was essentially that ‘I don’t feel good enough, it’s too difficult and I can’t do it’.

With Sarah’s help, we found a memory which Sarah brilliantly facilitated and guided me through so that I could
release the trapped emotions aorund it. I felt amazing afterwards (mini celebration dance).

After the session I made a plan moving forward with my uni assignment as I felt very motivated, confident, calm & collected
about the whole thing, a huge change in my mindset.

This is already a massive achievement, considering I started this assignment over a year
ago and have had all that time to make a start but didn’t. However, I’ve managed to complete all of this
since having my session with Sarah.

Sarah was so lovely and caring throughout my session. I felt safe, comfortable and
supported at all times.
